Return and Exchange
We will accept returns within 15 days of delivery. All returned items must be in good condition and in the original packaging.
Shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. All items must be in good condition when we receive them. Lost returned items cannot be refunded so we advise the customer to use a tracking number.
Due to hygienic reasons, unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on earrings.
All sales items are final.
